Administering scholarship funds is an important part of our work at The Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes. We award scholarships from funds established by local individuals, families and companies for educational grants so that deserving neighbors in our community can attend college, acquire additional skills for their jobs, or enjoy a week at summer camp — just for the fun of it. These funds are valuable resources that also nurture the economic well being of our community.
If you're in search of scholarship dollars to achieve your dreams, surfing The Community Foundation Web site is a wise place to start. Unless otherwise noted, only applications postmarked by February 26, 2008 and sent by mail will be considered. Application forms may be reproduced.
