The Selection Process
The Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes Scholarship Committee (unless otherwise specified by the donor) will review all applications and notify applicants of their decisions by July 5th. Please be assured that the financial information that we request will be kept confidential, is not shown to anyone on the committee, and will be shredded after the recipients are chosen.
